Hector Sanjuan d6800045b5 Dockerfile: Remove ipfs from container
The main container will now run only ipfs-cluster-service.

A new ipfs-cluster-bundle container is built by Dockerfile-bundle
which will provide ipfs-cluster+ipfs.
